01Who we are

CupRun.au is run by Henry Gomez in Brisbane, Queensland. When this policy says “we” or “us”, that’s who it means. You can reach us any time at hello@cuprun.au.

We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in how we handle personal information.

02What we collect

When you fill in our request form or email us, we collect:

• Your contact details: name, email and (if you give it) phone number.
• Your request: the tournament, team and age group, and what you’re after.
• Card details, if you order a card: the player’s first name, shirt number and position, plus anything you choose to add, such as their favourite player, past clubs or coaches’ names.
• Photos you send us: a player or team photo for a card.

Cup Run reports are built from tournament results the organisers have already published: team names, scores and standings. We don’t collect anything from children directly.

03How we use it

• To make the Cup Run, card or keepsake you asked for.
• To reply to you and send your order.
• To send an automatic email confirming we got your request.

We won’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask us to.

04Who else sees it

We don’t sell, rent or trade your information. The only others who handle it are:

• Our web and email host, which stores the website and our mailbox in Australia.
• A printer, once printed cards launch, who receives only the finished card design needed to print and post your order.

We’d only share anything else if the law required it.

05How long we keep it

• Photos: deleted 30 days after your order is delivered.
• Emails and order details: kept for up to two years, so we can help if you come back to us, then deleted.
• Published Cup Runs: stay on the website until you or your club ask us to remove them.

06Keeping it safe

The website runs on a secure (https) connection, our accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-step sign-in, and only we can get into the mailbox. Keeping data safe is Henry’s day job, and your information gets the same care.

07Your choices

Email hello@cuprun.au any time to:

• see what we hold about you or your child;
• correct anything that’s wrong;
• have your details or photos deleted early;
• remove a Cup Run, card, name or club crest from the website.

We’ll act on it within 7 days.

08Website basics

Like most websites, ours uses a few small files (cookies) to work properly and to stop spam on the request form. We don’t use advertising trackers. Our host keeps standard server logs, such as the date and time of visits, for security.

09Concerns or complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first at hello@cuprun.au and we’ll put it right. If you’re still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

10Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
